Charlotte’s journey began in 2013 with a rare tumour diagnosis after what seemed like a simple lump, changing life for her and her family. In hospital, she remained warm, loving, and quietly strong, always signing letters to her mum with a meaningful “xo”.

Inspired by McKinney’s Jewellery’s iconic Kiss Earring design, these beautiful earrings were thoughtfully personalised in collaboration with Charlotte’s mum, Michelle, one of the Children’s Hospital Foundation’s most passionate advocates, to honour Charlotte’s story and legacy in a deeply personal way.
Crafted in 18ct white gold, the earrings feature luminous 15mm Australian South Sea pearls, renowned for their exceptional lustre and rare natural beauty.
More than jewellery, this piece is a tribute to Charlotte’s love and the meaning behind her “xo”. To wear them is to carry something truly meaningful.
